He is an man. Because he can. Czar is a mythological creature from the future, cloned from the DNA of Adam Jensen and Zakk Wylde. He was sent to the past to warn us of impending doom, but decided that humanity probably deserved Armageddon anyway, and took to video games and questing. He frequently spends time on deviant-art not uploading shit, planning quests, and dicking around in Wintermute. Also, he is better at the guitar than you. Sorry, he just is.
