Cockhole is an IRCer from some damn country that isn't in the US. He draws some fanarts and also some other weird things sometimes.
Generally he can be found in #tgchan and #RubyQuest, heckling people and listening to the radio.
Oh and I guess he did The Cursor if you can count that as doing something.
An ancient curse means that if he doesn't update Cat Wizard Quest, all are doomed to become moustachio'd.
